Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: Two 2 years clinical office experience. Medical terminology computer knowledge.
- Certification/Licensure:Possessa current MA certification.
For New hires:Certification must be obtained within90 daysof employment. If currently certifiedmustmaintaincurrentcertification.CPR certification.
Certification or completion courses must meet the standards ofMemorialMedicalCenter.
MedicalAssistant willbe requiredto crosstrainto work as a Front Office Representative.Front Office Representative duties include the efficient productive and professional operation of the front office of the Clinic which includes telephone and patient reception scheduling patients collecting patient demographic and insurance information and collecting/documenting patient payments.
