Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Sales Promoter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Kannavam Cochin. This is a fulltime position dedicated to driving sales and enhancing customer experiences within our company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Communication skills (Mandatory skill) Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Customer service (Mandatory skill) Strong focus on understanding and addressing customers needs and resolving their issues promptly.
- Interpersonal skills (Mandatory skill) Ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
- Negotiation skills Proficient in negotiating terms and conditions with customers to close sales deals successfully.
- Product knowledge Indepth understanding of the products being sold to educate and inform customers effectively.
- Sales techniques Employ various sales techniques and strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Problemsolving skills Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Laptop sales experience Previous experience in selling laptops with a good grasp of technical specifications and market trends.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to prospective customers by highlighting features and benefits.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the products to confidently answer customer questions and objections.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and customer referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals.
- Provide accurate feedback on customer preferences buying trends and market conditions to management.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
