Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Internal Sales professional to join our team in Brisbane QLD. This role plays a key part in supporting both the sales and service teams with a strong focus on customer communication product support and ensuring smooth order processing across departments.
This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Job activities include but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer enquiries and coordinating internal sales support
- Assisting with product pricing stock availability and lead times to support quoting and order fulfilment
- Processing and tracking customer orders ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Preparing and managing supporting sales documentation such as invoices delivery dockets and service reports
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow and customer updates
- Maintaining accurate sales and invoice records and assisting with general reporting requirements
- Supporting internal sales processes such as receipting approvals and data entry
- Managing daily administrative tasks related to sales operations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Commerce or a related field
- Previous experience in an internal sales role preferably within a technical or engineering environment
- Strong customer service skills and effective verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise workload.
