Overview:

We are hiring a Sr. HR Generalist/Business Partner who has strong background in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations. In this role you will develop and maintain policies procedures and guidelines for employee relations discipline performance management and dispute resolution. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders like labor offices government authorities and legal counsel. Together with senior leadership you will align HR strategies that will support the overall business objectives that lead to organizations success.

Responsibilities:

Industrial Relations (IR)

  • Addressing & handling employee concerns / disputes
  • Developing effective employee engagement strategies
  • Maintaining positive relationships with employees labor and government vendor & authorities
  • Create and oversee incident reporting documents from basic.
  • Drafting processprocedure and providing advice on how to handle grievances and incident reporting paperwork.
  • Educating managers and HR team members on how to manage the primary level incident and grievance reporting.
  • Handling employee disputes & addressing the concerns timely & effectively closures in collaboration with management & Internal Committees.

Employeremployee relations (ER) HRBP:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and industry standards while mitigating HRrelated risks.
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy.
  • Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction. Being a company culture and employee experience champion.
  • Coaching and consulting leadership about HR matters as & when required in consultation with HRG Lead.

Operational Assignments:

  • Conducting final round of interviews.
  • End to End Onboarding Activity. (First Day onboarding Benefit enrollment Compliance filing & Payroll)
  • Observing & organizing Induction & Orientation.
  • Assisting & facilitating Entity Audit.
  • End to End Separation Activity. (Benefit Cancellation Compliance filing & F&F)
  • Practicing & managing Analytical Reports as & when needed.

Engagement Interests:

  • Participating in Event or CSR Committee
  • Active Partner in Diversity
  • Organizing & Managing Employee Welfare as per compliance need

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Labor Law or related course is preferred
  • Must be POSH certified LLB with labor law exposure & great at Compliance Management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HRG ER /IR & HRBP preferably worked with both white & blue collar in manufacturing / Pharma &/or FinTech / IT / Finance industries and/or MNC
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and regulations.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Excellent mentoring and relationship building skills.
  • Good judgement analytical and goal oriented.
  • Expertise in Personnel Data & Document Management / HR administration & operational task.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Interested in making difference in HR team while being transparent & comfortable with open culture (Practicality & Diplomacy must attribute).
  • Amenable to hybrid work arrangement 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home)
