We are the leading Investment platform for Advice firms offering unmatched capability in managing and executing model portfolios at scale. As we continue to innovate we are expanding our team with a new role that will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of platform enhancements across our wealth platform
The Role: As a Programme Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all changes across our Wealth Platform which is managed by 6 agile teams working collaboratively on a single product. Your role is critical in ensuring that each product increment is delivered smoothly with clear communication to all stakeholders and effective of change management processes. You will be the key point of contact between product owners engineers marketing compliance implementation managers and occasionally thirdparty vendors ensuring that platform enhancements are successfully delivered and communicated.
Since this is a newly created function you will have the opportunity to define and establish the processes cadence and reporting structures necessary for its success
Responsibilities:
Program Oversight: Manage and track all platform enhancements across the portfolio of change ensuring that product increments are delivered on time and with the right quality.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product owners implementation managers marketing compliance engineers and testers to ensure all stakeholders are engaged informed and aligned throughout the delivery process.
Communication and Reporting: Develop and deliver highquality reporting packs for senior management providing clear and concise updates on the status of platform changes. Ensure timely internal and external communications regarding each change.
Process Setup: Establish a cadence for delivery management define processes for managing change and create effective communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders.
Agile Methodologies: Coordinate across multiple agile teams to ensure alignment with the overall product roadmap and business objectives using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and work proactively to resolve issues that could affect the timely delivery of platform enhancements.
Training and Support: Ensure that necessary training and support materials are in place for internal teams and clients to fully understand and adopt the changes being rolled out.
Requirement
8 years experience in a project manager role or similar.
Strong experience in stakeholder management with the ability to engage influence and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Solid project management background with the ability to oversee multiple changes and ensure they land effectively.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to create highquality reporting packs.
Proficiency in using Confluence and Jira for project tracking and communication.
A selfstarter who is proactive and capable of establishing their own processes in a new role.
Ability to manage crossfunctional teams and work collaboratively to ensure successful delivery
Financial services industry experience and/or Wealth Management experience highly desirable but not essential.
