We are seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our school community from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your journey as an educator in a school committed to professional development and student success.
Salary: 36412 (Outer London pay scale)
Early Career Teacher (ECT) Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in your subject area.
- Assess track and support student progress.
- Work closely with experienced colleagues and your ECT mentor.
- Participate in training staff meetings and wholeschool initiatives.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and student enrichment.
- Follow safeguarding and behaviour policies to maintain a positive learning environment.
Early Career Teacher (ECT) Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Commitment to student progress and wellbeing.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
