Health & Safety Manager
South East (Essex Kent London Home Counties)
Car/Allowance
A Tier One civil engineering contractor is seeking an experiencedHealth & Safety Managerto oversee multiple highprofile infrastructure projects across the South East. This is a key role supporting site teams and driving bestinclass H&S performance across a busy portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading HSEQ efforts and compliance across multiple project sites
- Conducting audits site inspections and risk assessments
- Supporting incident investigations and driving continuous improvement
- Engaging and coaching leadership and site teams to uphold safety culture
Were looking for:
- Proven experience in a Managerial or Senior Advisory role within civil engineering or infrastructure
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and relevant professional memberships
- Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK safety legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
