Director of HCBS Compliance & Operations

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in HCBS or Care Management to oversee a wellstructured team and drive program growth. The Director of HCBS will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance operational efficiency and strategic expansion while leading a team that manages much of the daytoday work.
The HCBS program is set to expand significantly requiring a leader who can enhance outreach efforts ensure seamless compliance with regulations and strengthen internal operations. The Director will oversee multiple departments including staffing HR billing QA and compliance while also handling hiring audits and strategic planning.
This role requires expert knowledge of HCBS regulations the ability to interpret compliance policies and strong leadership skills to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a highperforming team while ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration across departments
- Stay ahead of new policies and laws ensuring full compliance with HCBS regulations
- Lead hiring efforts manage staffing needs and ensure proper case handling
- Handle escalated cases with challenging parents when necessary
- Strengthen outreach efforts to increase the number of serviced families and grow the program
- Experience in HCBS or Care Management with a strong grasp of laws and regulations
- Attention to detail in compliance with the ability to analyze policies and ensure adherence
- Strategic mindset capable of scaling outreach and staffing efforts while maintaining quality of service
