Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process managing customer relationships and ensuring smooth coordination between sales marketing and operational teams.

This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about healthcare and nutrition thrives in a fastpaced environment and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing leads tracking sales activities and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate and process sales orders ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to orders.
  • Lead Management: Identify potential leads from various sources qualify prospects and schedule meetings or followups for the sales team.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for review by the sales manager.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless of campaigns product launches and order fulfillment.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the companys products and services to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Upselling and CrossSelling: Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products based on customer needs and preferences.
