Core Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue available markets for inventory purchase options.
  • Acquire preowned inventory and supervise the reconditioning and marketing of preowned inventory.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals providing guidance training and support to maximize their potential.
  • Set individual and team sales targets monitor performance and provide regular feedback to ensure the teams success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Skilled history of preowned vehicle acquisitions and inventory turn successes.
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data to make informed business decisions.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.
