As an Associate youll be based at our newly opened Service Delivery Center in San Antonio TX. This position is responsible for supporting our Assurance engagements in our Service Delivery Center. The Service Delivery Centeris made up of highperforming USbased resources who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliverprojectbased work and managed services to our clients.
Due to this level of work youll need to be detailoriented analytical and follow written procedures closely.
Your key responsibilities
- Assists with and documentation of standardized procedures under direction of the AssuranceAdvanced Associate
- Documents clearly and accurately the of procedures as defined
- Executes standardized procedures in a timely fashion to meet client service team deadlines and manages expectations regarding the timing of related deliverables
- Timely communicates identified exceptions or nonreoccurring situations to the Assurance AdvancedAssociate for review
- Ensures quality in delivering client service by executing procedures as prescribed and informing theAssurance Advanced Associate of the status of procedures
- Follows welldefined processes procedures and protocols. Unusual nonreoccurring situations are shared with the Assurance Advanced Associate for further review.
- Analyzes evidence reaches conclusions and identifies noncompliance while applying a balanced view.

- Qualifications
- Associates degree in any businessrelated major or any degree with business experience
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word PowerPoint etc
- Ability to consistently follow standardized procedures
- Attention to detail and diligence in resolution of issues
- Ability to prioritize to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask on projects and assignments
- Ability to learn new software tools

A competitive compensation package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The salary range for this job in the US is $40000. Individual salaries are based on education geographic location and alignment to the market data. In addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paidtimeoff options.Under our flexible vacation policy youll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.Youll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays Winter/Summer breaks Personal/Family Care and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical financial and emotional wellbeing.
