Job Title: HR Operations Executive
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Executive to join our dynamic IT department. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of relevant experience in HR operations with a strong understanding of IT processes and systems. The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for executing and managing various HR operational activities to support the smooth functioning of the IT department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend HR operational activities including employee onboarding offboarding and transfers within the IT department.
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with the IT team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll benefits and other HRrelated transactions.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures specific to the IT department.
Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies procedures and benefits.
Collaborate with the IT management team to identify and address HRrelated challenges and opportunities.
Support the recruitment process for the IT department including job postings resume screening and interview coordination.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR operations and IT to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
24 years of experience in HR operations preferably within an IT department.
Strong knowledge of HR processes policies and best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HRrelated software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Professional certification in HR (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
