Job Description

Stricklandsis a proud familyowned dealer group one of the few remaining in the industry. As we continue to grow were excited to introduce a new role for a Service Administrator to help manage the expanding needs of our service department. At Stricklands we place a strong emphasis on integrity customer satisfaction and the closeknit atmosphere of a family business. Were looking for someone to join our team who shares our passion for quality service and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently schedule service appointments for customers and ensure timely followups and reminders.
    • Manage the service calendar to ensure a seamless flow of appointments and work orders.
    • Process and submit warranty claims ensuring accuracy and compliance with all necessary documentation.
    • Work closely with manufacturers and warranty teams to resolve claims and ensure reimbursement.
    • Provide expert advice to customers explaining service options product knowledge and troubleshooting solutions.
    • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service estimates timelines and expectations.

Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a customer service administrative or service advisor role is highly preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with a teamoriented mindset.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Proficiency in service scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Customer service Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer service experience.
    • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive services and maintenance practices
    • Background Check: Successful applicants must undergo a background check.
    • Drivers Abstract: A clean drivers abstract must be provided as part of the hiring process.

Location: Brantford ON

Work Location: In person

Schedule:
