It is no exaggeration to say that your job is the most important in the house (anyone with any experience whatsoever will agree). Without you none of us can work effectively. Youre the pin the glue the... okay you get the picture.
Specifically you will be assisting the bartender keeping ice wells full keeping product stocked keeping glassware sparkling. When youre ready you might even be pouring beer and wine (putting the servers very much in your debt as well). And while wed love to have a competent barback forever if you have the desire the skills and the followthrough you could eventually be promoted to bartender.
But thats a conversation for the future. For now we just need you to be literally everything else. Think youve got what it takes
