Job Description
Responsible for basic prep and stock work for bar and beverage areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for stocking bars with liquor beer fruit mixes straws napkins ice cleaning products all other products required in the day-to-day operation.
- Assists bartenders during as needed.
- Keep records of inventory transfers.
- All other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Previous bar experience a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced physically demanding environment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain valid state gaming license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to push pull twist and lift up to 30lbs.
- Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature lighting and noise levels.
