Job Description
Boat Claims and Towing Representative Springfield VA
Salary: $23.91 per hour/$48175 annually
The Boat Claims and Towing team is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Boat Claims and Towing Representative. We are looking for an individual who can handle heavy call volume in a fastpaced work environment. Job responsibilities include dispatching towing services selling and servicing BoatU.S. memberships and settling first party noninjury claims.
Qualifications & Skills:
- In office position must be willing to commute to a GEICO office in Springfield VA
- Prior call center or customer facing experience preferred
- Strong computer proficiency and typing ability experience with Microsoft Office email Webenabled applications and database software
- Outstanding customer service and professional communication skills both over the phone and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work successfully in a fastpaced highvolumecall center environment
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
