Provide Call Centre Customer Service coverage to assist clients with their claims
Administer claims related to Wallet Protect Disability Involuntary Unemployment Life & Auto GAP
Scan and store claims documentation accurately and securely
Ensure compliance with local insurance regulations and internal policies
Continuously seek improvement opportunities to enhance customer service and satisfaction
Maintain accurate data registration in internal systems
Communicate effectively ensuring impeccable quality in both written and spoken interactions with clients and partners
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive working atmosphere and support overall team objectives

Minimum secondary education
Experience in a similar role or in a customer call center is a plus
Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure
Competent knowledge of MS Office applications
High degree of responsibility analytical skills and the ability to think out of the box.
Experience in claims handling is a plus
Fluent in Greek and English
Energetic with a strong commitment to deliver highquality service
