12month fixed term contract fulltime hours with potential for extension.
Enjoy the flexibility to work from any of our main offices in Brisbane Melbourne Newcastle Parramatta or Perth with just 1 day per week required in the office or opt for completely remote work based on your previous claims experience.
Make a real difference by supporting customers who have experienced loss or damage to their homes or businesses.

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in property or CAT/major events claims who thrives in a fastpaced environment and has a passion for helping others.
About the role:
Be the first point of contact for customers agents and brokers dealing with the fallout from recent weather damage.
Deliver efficient service providing customers and brokers with clear actionable solutions.
Manage property claims in a call center environment following procedures while providing an empathetic approach
Build strong reliable relationships with customers and key stakeholders to keep the claims process moving.
About you:
Experience in Property or CAT/Major Events Claims is essential for this role.
Empathetic and customerfocused with the ability to support customers through stressful situations.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders including customers brokers agents and internal teams.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of claims.
