Your Impact

As an Enterprise Account Manager you will play a critical role in fostering longterm relationships with Deliverects largest and most strategic customers in the US and Canada. You will be responsible for driving growth ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion. Your mission is to ensure our enterprise partners maximize the value of Deliverects solutions while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

A Typical Day

    • Growth and Retention Ownership: Drive net revenue retention (NRR) by proactively identifying expansion opportunities reducing churn and ensuring continued value realisation.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers building and maintaining strong relationships from the operational level to Csuite executives.
    • Quota Accountability: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and strategically positioning Deliverects offerings.
    • Product Adoption and Advocacy: Ensure customers are leveraging Deliverects full suite of features to optimise their digital ordering strategies. Provide training best practices and recommendations to drive adoption.
    • DataDriven Insights: Analyse customer usage data to identify trends risks and opportunities. Use these insights to inform strategic conversations and improve customer engagement.
    • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Sales Product Marketing and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and drive mutual success.
    • ProblemSolving: Address customer challenges with urgency and creativity ensuring their satisfaction and continued loyalty.

Your Expertise

    • 3 years of experience in Account Management Customer Success or a related role within SaaS or restaurant technology.
    • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with a track record of driving growth and retention in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels from daytoday users to Csuite executives.
    • An understanding of the order management restaurant technology or food delivery industries including familiarity with POS systems APIs and thirdparty delivery services.
    • Datadriven mindset with experience using customer insights and analytics tools to inform strategy.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.
    • Strong business acumen and a customerfirst mentality with a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Additional Information

    • This is a fulltime hybrid role with 4 days based in our Toronto office and 1 day working from home.
    • Fluency in English is required with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
