We are delighted to be assisting a prestigious private members club in central London. Known for its refined atmosphere and exceptional service the club is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead a dynamic team. Youll oversee Reception Reservations Porters and the Night Team ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for members while fostering strong relationships and maintaining high standards of service.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Front of House Manager
- 50000 per annum
- Working 5 days out of 7 including weekends
- 28 days holiday per year 30 days after 3 years of service)

Responsibilities as the Front of House Manager
- Being the face of the club delivering a warm welcome and seamless service to every member and guest while ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
- Leading and inspiring the Front of House team providing training and guidance to ensure consistent toptier performance.
- Overseeing daily operations managing bookings billing and room revenue while addressing member concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Building strong relationships with members responding to their needs and ensuring effective communication across all departments.
- Ensuring compliance with health safety and security standards maintaining a safe hygienic and welcoming environment at all times.
