As a People Experience Coordinator youll play a crucial role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. Youll provide essential support to the Senior People Experience Partner assisting with business partnering activities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in HR operations.
Respond to general HR inquiries acting as the first point of contact
Assist in endtoend recruitment for bluecollar roles
Prepare employment contracts and variation letters
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Update and maintain employee records
Manage apprenticeships including signups training progress tracking and claims
Provide administrative support such as processing HR invoices reports and forms in Workday
Contribute to People Experience projects and initiatives
Collaborate with People Services
This role is focused on HR coordination but youll also have the opportunity to be mentored in people experience partnering including:
Workplace investigations
Performance management misconduct and grievances
Coaching and advisory support
Employment law compliance and interpretation
Facilitation and training
HR degree
13 years of experiencein an HR administration or coordinator role
Strong work ethic proactive reliable and resultsoriented
