Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Tour guide for customers visiting the factory
- Manage agenda for customers & candidates visiting the factory
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team sales data entry and customer information management.
- Assist managers with Onboarding/Offboarding MCs
- Run zoom meetings
- Manage inventory of marketing materials
- Manage organization and assets in Showpad
- Demonstrate proficiency with CRM tools and train others specific to sales use
- Event planning and coordination for trainings and conferences
- Generate reports analyze and communicate findings with regards to sales metrics
- Product understanding and application
Resource Management:
- Manage comprehensive list of sales representation and maintain historical reports
- Identify & credit online orders
- Manage CEUs & ensure theyre current
- Manage IIDA membership
- Manage online web orders
- Manage acoustic consultant requests & roi doc
Required Skills/Attributes for Success:
- Bachelors degree in business sales marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems data analysis tools Gsuite products slides docs sheets
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite Excel PowerPoint Word etc.
- Able to generate reports synthesize data and report back to sales and marketing leaders
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
