Qualification : B.E. Instrumentation/ EC and IC/EC/IC
Experience :
810 years software development experience in System house of any brand preferably Siemens OR in Software development department of any fully automatic/ semiautomatic machine manufacturing industry preferably Pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing industry.
Job Description:
1. Engineer must have knowledge of Siemens S71200 S71500 & S7300/400 Development programming software (TIA Port Simatic Manager etc.
2. Engineer must have knowledge of Siemens different type of HMI Development programming software (TIA Port Simatic Manager etc.
3. Engineer must have knowledge of Siemens SCADA WinCC Development programming software (WinCC Comfort WinCC Basic Advance Professional etc.
4. Engineer must have different product of Siemens technological configuration idea or knowledge.
5. Engineer must have knowledge of VBA/C/Script requirement language.
6. Engineer must have development & field experience of minimum 56 years with above programming software.
7. Able to review and understand design P & ID of different Machine for R&D /D&D workout.
8. Able to understand machine & field instrument with their working Behavior for programming concept in terms of DI/DO/AI/AO requirement.
9. Able to discuss process related query with design/client for technical clearance.
10. Able to generate require automation document like I/O details communicationdetails Alarm matrix Screen Navigation Manual Interlock Schedule & Performance or any thirdparty communication requirement
details etc.
11. Able to understand and process application related client specific complain with design spare or service team.
12. Able to provide spare Inquiry costing with Design to spare department for retrofitting development and .
13. Able to provide service Support for Automation complain and coordination between Internal client (FAT) / External client and service team.
14. Continually involve in Good Automation Manufacturing work practices within the center to improve efficiency and productivity.
15. Able to improvise with new industrial automation technology for further new development improvisation in system.
16. Able to issue Job specific control system material from store for Jig purpose for executive team of self in case of urgency of organization requirement.
17. Take initiative and involvement for new product and new features development activity (R & D/D & D).
18. Responsible to ensure quality of deliverables for projects/Jobs.
19. Follow ISO 9000 process as per PIPL Management requirement.
20. Able to do all type of Executive engineer job profile activity in case of emergency require executing without any impact of other regulation in regular job work.
21. Able to take call as and when as per company need for different kind of activity provided by HOD/GM/Director etc.
