Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This position requires a motivated creative professional who thrives in a teamoriented environment and is excited to contribute to a dynamic organization serving the healthcare industry. This remote role combines graphic design expertise with social media management to elevate our brand presence and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling graphics using extensive brand assets for campaigns ads and social media.
- Manage social media platforms including creating engaging content scheduling posts and running paid ad campaigns.
- Brainstorm and execute marketing strategies for holidays and yearround events.
- Collaborate daily with the team to develop fresh creative ideas.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Edit basic videos and organize online webinars (a plus).
- Take ownership of tasks demonstrating eagerness to learn and grow into a supervisory role.
Qualifications:
- 34 years of professional experience in both graphic design and social media marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and successful social media campaigns.
- Detailoriented positive and intelligent with excellent organizational skills.
- Energetic and motivated to work under guidance with a strong desire to grow professionally.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools.
- Experience in healthcare marketing (strongly preferred).
