Job Description
Client Acquisition:
- Interacting with customers telephonically & via chat
- Sharing updates on our product & services
- Convincing them to buy our services
- Upgrading the customers from basic service to HNI
- Calling prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales
- Ensuring high customer retention through customer service consistent engagement and taking periodic feedback from the customer
Client Relationship Management & Tasks:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand clients needs challenges and objectives and propose tailored advisory solutions to address their unique requirements
- Maintaining data sheets updating the details in CRM
Qualifications CTC and Skills:
- Any Graduate/ PostGraduate
- Strong understanding of global business dynamics market trends and cultural nuances
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Typing Speed 30 to 40 WPM
- Salary Ranging between 15000 to 30000 Per Month
- Immediate Joiners Required.
