About Us:
DCC Industry Group specialises in 24hour residential care outreach support community access supervised family contact and transport. Dedicated to creating a warm friendly home environment for our children and young people to empower them with the skills needed to live independent lives.
About the role:
In this role you will work closely with the Program Service Leader in developing and implementing program structures weekly planning and activities while conducting and participating in inductions training sessions and performance evaluations respond promptly to stakeholders maintaining professional communication ensuring smooth program operation through administrative management including petty cash incident reporting and you will also offer traumainformed care to children and young people dealing with complex behavioural challenges and trauma backgrounds.

Permanent parttime employment
Base hourly rates commence at $35 $40 per hour
Sleepover allowance
Set roster
No use of personal vehicles whilst on shift
Career progression
Qualifications / Requirements:
Certificate IV or higher in Youth Work or Child Youth and Family Intervention or similar
Current Blue Card
Current Australian drivers license
Current First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain
Proven experience in leading and developing staff

Availability:
Our Senior Youth Workers must be able to do this schedule:
Week 1:
Monday: 8am 4pm 8hours)
Tuesday: Off/No Shift
Wednesday: Off/No Shift
Thursday: 4pm 10pm Sleepover / 6am 8am
Friday: Off/No Shift
Saturday: 8am 4pm 8hours)
Sunday: 8am 4pm 8hours)
Week 2:
Monday: 8am 4pm 8hours)
Tuesday: 4pm 10pm Sleepover / 6am 8am
Wednesday: 4pm 10pm Sleepover / 6am 8am
Thursday: Off/No Sift
Friday: 8am 4pm 8hours)
Saturday: Off/No Shift
Sunday: Off/No Shift
