Midwestern is looking to add a Recruiter to our Talent Acquisition team within our Growth Department. This is a great opportunity to build people skills in the software industry and play a key part in the growth of Midwestern Interactive. Were one of the fastestgrowing embedded team providers in the US. We embed engineering design and product management talent into a wide variety of Saas clients from startup to enterprise. Our culture landed us a spot on Inc.s List of Best Workplaces in 2022 and it keeps our team member retention rate over 90. We are relationally driven; this is a huge part of why brands like Lyft Meetup CocaCola and plenty more trust us to embed into their team culture and success. We have an amazing clientele and now we just need you to join the incredible talent who serve them. Were looking for candidates who embody our mission: Serve Each Other Serve Our Clients.
The team needs your help to source new talent and bring in new contractors and fulltime staff for MWI to continue growing. The Recruiter will work closely with the Chief of Growth and Talent Acquisition team to find and vet qualified engineering design and PM talent for Midwestern.
