Job Description
Role: Recruiter
Location: IT Park Dehradun (Onsite)

Are you passionate about connecting great talent with exciting opportunities We re looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team and play a key role in identifying engaging and onboarding top talent across various domains.
What you will do:
- Source and attract candidates using job boards social platforms and networking
- Screen resumes schedule interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS or internal databases
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruitment tools job portals and social media sourcing is preferred
- Prior experience in recruitment (corporate or agency) is a plus
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
