Job Description

As our Professional Active Sourcing Recruiter you will take the lead in identifying approaching and engaging top talent across all departmentsfrom finance and marketing to sales and operations. You combine creativity with sourcing expertise and enjoy being a generalist who understands a wide range of roles and team dynamics.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact environment and wants to shape the future talent base of PERGOLUX.

Tasks

  • Identify engage and convert top talent through proactive sourcing strategies
  • Own the full candidate research and outreach process via platforms like LinkedIn GitHub XING etc.
  • Act as a strategic recruiting partner to multiple hiring teams across functions
  • Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles in tech marketing sales operations and more
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
  • Create compelling outreach messages and personalized candidate journeys
  • Contribute to recruitment analytics and reporting
  • Stay up to date on sourcing trends tools and candidate expectations
  • Represent PERGOLUX at career events fairs and networking meetups when needed

Requirements

  • 36 years of experience in talent acquisition with a clear focus on sourcing and recruiting for business-critical or leadership roles.
  • A proven track record of filling hard-to-source roles using outbound strategies.
  • Strong understanding of general business principlesespecially in domains like marketing product operations and financeand the ability to challenge candidates on their strategic thinking and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); you know how to craft a pitch that resonates with passive talent.
  • Highly organized and self-directed with a bias for action and experimentation.
  • Comfortable working with ATS/CRM systems (e.g. Greenhouse Lever Ashby) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Gem or similar.

Passion for creating great candidate experiences and representing the brand with integrity.
