Job Description

NHTI Concords Community College
Position Type: Parttime adjunct
Compensation: $800 $950 per credit based on adjunct faculty rank (determined by education and experience)

Position Overview:

At NHTI Concords Community College we are dedicated to exploring the complexities of human thought behavior and emotion. Our Psychology program equips students with critical thinking skills researchbased knowledge and realworld applications that prepare them for careers in mental health social services education and beyond.

We are building a talent pool of passionate educators to teach courses that engage students in the study of human behavior cognitive processes and psychological theories. As an adjunct faculty member youll have the opportunity to inspire students foster meaningful discussions and apply psychological concepts to everyday life and professional settings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: 60 Credit hour Masters degree in Psychology Social Work Clinical Psychology or equivalent
  • Experience: Prior teaching experience and familiarity with Canvas (or similar LMS) preferred.
  • Residency: Must reside in NH

Position Responsibilities:

  • Course Delivery: Provide instruction using curricula aligned with department and program standards.
  • Student Engagement: Foster active learning through discussions assignments and assessments.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance provide feedback and maintain accurate records of student progress.
  • Professional Development: Stay current in your profession and adhere to institutional policies and guidelines.
