About the Role: Were looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee the maintenance for four of our affordable apartment communities in Sparta Barron Medford and Mosinee Wisconsin. As the Maintenance Supervisor you will play a key role in keeping these communities running smoothlywhether its handling service requests inspecting units negotiating with vendors or ensuring the property stays in top shape. This position involves 90 travel.

What Youll Do:
Lead maintenance operations across four communities in Wisconsin with a focus on highquality service and efficiency.
- Complete service requests promptly and manage a variety of tasks such as plumbing electrical repairs HVAC appliance fixes and more.
- Maintain the communitys exterior and grounds from keeping them clean to managing tasks like pressure washing.
- Collaborate with a great team of maintenance professionals vendors and residents to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Be oncall for afterhours issues (shared with fellow team members) and handle occasional weekend or holiday duties.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure that maintenance expenses are wellmanaged.
What Youll Need:
- A minimum of 5 years of property maintenance experience.
- Must possess strong working knowledge of residential plumbing minor appliance repair basic electrical HVAC and everyday routine maintenance of the interior of apartment homes and building exteriors.
- Must be familiar with boilers chillers generators life safety systems and other associated facility support equipment.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents coworkers and vendors.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- A valid drivers license reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
