As a Digital Customer Success Manager you will specialize in 1:All customer event delivery across the customer lifecycle. This role requires effective communication focused on ensuring a positive experience for attendees. As part of the Digital Customer Success team you will work to execute build & innovate tailored digital events to drive engagement with specific customer profiles (Decision Maker Administrators & End Users) using the right content at the right time.
