Job Description
Come home to Aloha. Providing personalized skilled nursing intermediate long term respite and hospice care in a warm plantationstyle atmosphere.
General Maintenance
We are actively seeking a fulltime general maintenance candidate!
Performs plant operations maintenance preventative maintenance repairs tests and inspections to the facilitys buildings equipment and utilities systems in accordance to department policies and procedures. Responsible for maintenance of the grounds and exterior areas of the facility.
Requirements:
- Physical exam (within 1 year)
- 2 Step TB followed by 1 Step TB (within 1 year)
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); onthejob training will be provided.
- Ability to speak write read and follow simple oral and written instructions.
- 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
- Working knowledge or experience of HVAC electrical plumbing and janitorial maintenance preferred.
- 1 year general maintenance experience in a hospital or nursing home setting preferred.
