Greenberg Traurig (GT) a global law firm has an exciting fulltime employment opportunity for a senior level Associate in the Trial and Litigation Practice of our Miami office. Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in commercial litigation and/or arbitration including experience with trials and/or final hearings. Extensive experience in legal drafting and research managing traditional and electronic discovery and/or appearing before state and federal courts.Excellent academic credentials and strong research writing oral advocacy and discovery skills are essential. Qualified candidates will be selfstarters inclined toward sophisticated casework and creative strategies. Candidates should have been ranked in the top of their law school class or have graduated from a toptier law school. Federal clerkship experience and an interest in international disputes are a plus but not required. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
