Job Description
Key accountabilities
- Develop and execute an effective commercial plan to increase the members connected to the groups Fixed Income Retail Markets and deepen strategic relationships.
- Enhance and develop relationships with current members unlocking their untapped potential.
- Promote cross membership among clients active in other asset classes traded on Euronext markets as well as within the Fixed Income markets to integrate locations that are not yet covered.
- Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure that the value proposition of Fixed Income product/service is comprehensive to notably generate crossselling opportunities.
- Foster relationships with asset managers and private banking to position the groups Fixed Income retail markets as a complementary and alternative venue for executing oddlot orders.
- Identify operators needs regarding new functionalities assess their feasibility and define new development projects to acquire new flows.
- Monitor competitors new initiatives and propose appropriate countermeasures to protect market revenues.
Your profile
- Expert knowledge of Euronexts market model rule book service offer the buyside and sellside landscape.
- Excellent client facing skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the clients organization.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
- Collaborative open pragmatic customer oriented and numbersdriven approach to work.
- PanEuropean experience developing business in multiple geographic locations.
- Fluent in English with a good command of spoken and written French.
