This role provides strategic creative andtechnical design support and is is accountable for effectively and efficientlyexecuting design projects to successful completion including scope of workdefinition meeting the clients business goals & objectives projecttimeline development strategic product application development specificationand specification checking in partnership with Sales.

Thisis a fulltime permanent position working out of our impeccably designed andfurnished office. Youll mostly work from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday withirregular or extended hours as projects demand.
THE DAY TO DAY
The successful candidate will be responsiblefor the following:
YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING
Thesuccessful candidate will have experience in an office furniture dealer ormanufacturer with technical systems furniture planning application andknowledge. We want you to bring a solid understanding of the basics of interiorcommercial construction Provincial Building Codes architecture and designreal estate and contract furnishings. This role requires an understanding ofthe basics of interior commercial construction architecture and design andcomputer proficiency in: AutoCAD (current release) 20/20 CAP Zaxis Revitand MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook). We know that thesuccessful candidate will be motivated with a drive to learn and maintain thelatest commercial and/or healthcare design trends.
Thisis a fastpaced business and we need someone who is organized and an effectivetime manager with the ability to prioritize deliverables and maintain focus onprojects. Someone who is selfmotivated and demonstrates initiative drive andperseverance in achieving objectives is going to be successful in this role. Acommitment to customer service and a client focused mentality is alsoessential.
