Scopeof the Role
In this newly created role reporting to the Managing Director and working seamlesslywith the Board your vision for marketing led growth will be evident through your ability to:
- Lead the marketingand channel teams in bringing your strategic multichannel marketingled growth plan to life.
- Ensure all marketing digital and content channels are optimised to drive a right message right audience right time approach.
- Strengthen the brand in core externalmarkets and lead the EVP to fuel employee engagement.
- Drive lead generation/customer acquisition initiativesand enhance the overall customer journey.
- Analyse and interpret data to inform current and future state plans and priorities.
- Infuse the firms vision in all communication channels.
- Lead and manage relationships with external brand marketing digital and communications agencies.
What You Bring
This role offers the opportunity for a senior strategic marketing expert from an inhouse professional services financial services or insurance background to apply their learns and wins in a role that spans both B2C and B2C audiences. You bring:
- A proven track record in setting and delivering to a strategic marketing plan that aligns to business growth objectives.
- Impeccable senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills ideally at Board level.
- A data driven mindset and strong commercial acumen that can inform current and future plans.
- A passion for driving a flawless customer experience across all touchpoints particularly across complex customer journeys.
- A track record of delivering to marketing and sales channel revenue targets.
- Proven expertise in leading coaching and developing teams.
- The ability to blend a strategic forward focussed plan with the tactical initiatives to bring it to life.
