About the Role
This role is the driving force behind Heirlooms Uno WILD projecta major industrial build converting our production facility into our technology development hubthat includes installing our 150foottall kiln tower and other cuttingedge direct air capture infrastructure. Youll lead onsite construction from the earliest groundworks through commissioning ensuring our facility is built ontime onbudget and with the precision needed to scale climate tech at an unprecedented pace. If you thrive on juggling RFIs schedules inspections and contractor coordination you will play a central part in shaping one of the most exciting climatetech construction projects in the world. Once Uno WILD wraps up youll transition into a Technical Program Manager roleleveraging your field expertise to help refine and optimize Heirlooms technology for future deployments. In short youll break ground and then break barriers helping us capture CO at scale and drive massive climate impact.

About You
You bring 5 years of experience leading onsite construction coordination ideally on projects that involve complex structural and MEP scopes: organizing crews handling RFIs managing budgets enforcing quality and keeping everything on track under dynamic realworld conditions. Whether its lifting a 150foot tower into place or tackling a lastminute design change you stay calm solutionsfocused and hungry to learn. Youre excited by the prospect of applying this handson construction knowledge to broader program managementlooking forward to reviewing test plans ensuring equipment commissioning runs smoothly and providing realworld feedback to drive future design improvements. You thrive in highstakes settings where collaboration and adaptability are crtical and youre ready to grow into a technical program management role that influences Heirlooms global scaleup.
