Attentive is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead our UKbased team and play a pivotal role in driving our international expansion. As a key leader in our London office youll help define and execute the outbound strategy partnering closely with crossfunctional stakeholders across Sales Marketing and Revenue Operations.
Youll coach and develop a team of ambitious and highperforming Sales Development Representatives focused on our midmarket and enterprise segment. This is a highimpact opportunity to build pipeline at scale impact the development of nextgeneration sales talent and allow us to scale effectively in a highgrowth highspeed organization as we expand into new markets
What Youll Accomplish
Manage a team of highperforming Sales Development Representatives equipping them with the resources coaching and support they need to drive strong business results
Develop maintain and optimize SDR processes for outbound prospecting that will drive more revenue to the company and align with Attentives gotomarket motion
Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor team productivity drive accountability and continuously improve results
Build and maintain relationships with crossfunctional peers to drive business outcomes for Attentive
Hire onboard and develop and retain top SDR talent supporting career progression through individualized development plans
Your Expertise
3 years of experience in Sales Development or SaaS sales with a consistent track record of top performance
At least 1 year of management experience
Familiarity with Gong Outreach Salesforce Sales Navigator Sendoso Builtwith
Proven track record in creating delivering and training successfully with measurable results in fast paced environments
Strong ability to summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think operate and absorb training
Passion for coaching and educating others
Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
