Make a Difference
This position supports the Practice Administrator / Nurse Manager with the daily operations of the practices nonclinical staff primarily in the front office.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problemsolving.

  • 2 year / Associates Degree with 4 years relevant experience within a healthcare setting with Associates Degree/ / OR year / Bachelors Degree or relevant experience within a healthcare setting (preferred).
  • 5 years experience in a healthcare environment in the areas of front office / and/or customer service with 2 years of front office supervision or lead experience billing background desired (required).
  • In lieu of the above education requirements a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Practice Management: Supports the Practice Administrator/Nurse Manager in monitoring costs and staffing. Ensures appropriate personnel utilization and coordinates staff training. Manages timeoff approvals and balances staffing needs. Communicates with Talent Management for recruitment and focuses on staff development and engagement.
  • People Development: Conducts performance reviews and provides HR input. Coaches and develops team members aligning career growth with business goals. Creates an energetic and inclusive culture encourages innovation and facilitates change.
  • SelfAwareness: Adapts behavior to meet others needs. Uses feedback and reflection for personal growth. Encourages involvement and responds with empathy.
  • Achievement Oriented: Sets high standards for the team and self. Promotes collaboration and continuous improvement. Motivates and trains staff to meet department goals.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly conveys information and ideas. Ensures transparency and links team efforts to department goals. Practices active listening and anticipates needs.
  • Decision Making: Makes daytoday decisions within established guidelines. Ensures operations run smoothly and efficiently.
