About the Role:

Wunderkind a leader in performance marketing and SaaS technology is seeking an experienced Director of Channel Partnerships to identify recruit and onboard new strategic partners. This role is a critical growth hire with the vision to build and scale a highperforming team around new partnerships as the function expands. You will be responsible for building relationships and a business within digital ad agencies and other Adtech/Martech vendors. This is an expanding gotomarket motion so a strong sales and new business development mindset is required. Candidates with a rolodex in digital marketing and a background primarily in direct sales who might be looking to pivot to a partnerships role are encouraged to apply.

With the launch of our new APIs and product enhancements were ready to expand and deepen partnerships with leading platforms across Ecommerce and Digital Marketingunlocking new revenue streams and accelerating our next phase of growth.

Role Overview

  • Own & scale the new business Channel Partnerships function laying the foundation for future growth.
  • Lead partnership & integration conversations accelerating new business through highimpact alliances.
  • Create repeatable processes for identifying & onboarding new partners to ensure rapid and efficient growth.
  • Work crossfunctionally with Product Marketing and the existing Alliances team to ensure seamless and maximize partner success.
  • Focus on partnerships with top agencies and technology platforms leveraging Wunderkinds unique technology to create significant value for internal teams and external clients.
  • Identify and establish partnerships that help Wunderkind enter new verticals geographies or customer segments.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within SaaS or MarTech/AdTech industries.
  • Proven ability to build scale and lead a partnershipdriven function focused on new business.
  • Track record of closing highimpact deals and working with senior executives and Csuite stakeholders.
  • Experience working with ESPs CDPs and a deep understanding of Ecommerce technologies beyond surfacelevel connections.
  • Strong grasp of complex technical concepts related to digital marketing AI and software.
  • Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically with a handson approach.

Reporting & Growth

  • Reports to: VP Channel Sales and Audience Development.
  • High visibility and support across senior leadership.

The base salary range for this role is $100000 to $120000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set depth of experience applicable certifications and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
