Job Description

A new client for ICG has asked for assistance for the roles listed below:

1. Organisational Psychologist with Change Management Expertise

2. Technology Risk Specialist

3. Legal Compliance SME


Role



1. Organisational Psychologist with Change Management Experience in Financial Services


Key Selection Criteria:

Expertise in assessing and embedding compliance culture (ISO 37301 Clause 5.1.

Proven track record in cultural change management within financial services.

Experience aligning behavioural change initiatives with compliance frameworks.

Ability to balance cultural aspirations with operational capabilities.


Responsibilities:

Conduct a cultural assessment to evaluate leadership behaviours employee engagement and compliance alignment.

Provide strategies for embedding complianceoriented behaviours across the organisation.

Support process analysis and identify efficiencies to reduce reliance on separate business analysis resources.

Review recommendations to ensure they align with the clients capabilities and operational limitations.


2. Technology Risk Specialist


Key Selection Criteria:

Deep expertise in Australian standards (e.g. APRA CPS 234 and international standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001.

Demonstrable experience in information security and operational resilience within financial services.

Ability to integrate technology risk management with broader compliance frameworks.

Practical knowledge of scalable tools and processes for risk monitoring and mitigation.


Responsibilities:

Assess the clients information security framework and identify gaps in compliance with relevant standards.

Provide targeted recommendations for improving technology risk management practices.

Offer scalable practical solutions for ongoing monitoring of technologyrelated risks.

Collaborate with the team to ensure technology risks are integrated into the overall compliance review.


3. Legal Compliance SME


Key Selection Criteria:

Former legal partner or senior counsel.

Deep understanding of Australian regulatory requirements (ASIC APRA AML/CTF).

Expertise in advising on legal frameworks for compliance operations within fintech or financial services.

Ability to provide strategic insights to enhance client confidence.


Responsibilities:

Offer highlevel insights into regulatory requirements and their integration into compliance processes.

Review key deliverables to ensure alignment with Australian regulatory standards.

Support the client in understanding legal compliance implications as needed.

Provide strategic input.


Logistics


Start date:Early FebruaryDuration:24 weeks

Location:The role is Sydney based

Rate:The daily net rate to the consultant for each role will be AUD$1800 per day

with support required for12 days only.

All Accredited Professional must become aMember of ICGif not already the case

APTs must be lodged within 48 hours.We will review all APTs and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.

ICG Members only.Any previously agreed and documented rates for candidates introduced to ICG via approved 3rd parties will be honoured.
