Position: Converting Machine Operator
Shift:
2nd (Mon Fri; 3pm 11pm) Shift Premium Available!!
3rd (Sun Thurs; 11pm 7am) Shift Premium Available!!
As a Machine Operator you are eligible for a Production BONUS and Quarterly Attendance BONUS!
We are hiring for a reliable Machine Operator who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment! The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting a converting machine. The ideal candidate should have some mechanical aptitude the willingness to learn and the ability to work in a team environment.
What You Need to Have
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read a ruler required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
- Be able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to constantly walk and stand for 8 hr.
- Ability to stoop kneel crouch and climb ladders.
How you contribute as a team member:
- Continuously work as a handson operator.
- Assist with equipment setup adjustment and operation.
- Assist with change overs.
- Process finished product.
- Test quality of product.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical malfunctions.
