As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our Headquarter Amstelveen (on site with a Dutch employment contract) you are the focal point for everyone who gives their best every day. Your daily work:
- First point of contact and responsibility for building a strong relationship with managers in theCountries: Netherland BelgiumDenmarkand France
- Supporting managers in planning and implementation oforganizationalmeasures as well as on theirHR andleadershiptopics
- Responsiblefor HR work along the employee life cycleand for constant processoptimization
- Implementing the HR strategy for the support area in collaboration with the Competence Center
- Leading and supporting projects ifrequiredin overarching HR projectse.g.HR processes and HRdigitalization
- Ensuring that the management of the support area is informed and advised on all personnel sociallaborlaw and HR policy matters
- Advising and training colleagues to HR guidelines standards and processes & tools
Your profile
Your HRexpertise Matters:
- Adegree in economics law psychology or similar ideally with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
- At least 23yearsofrelevant professionalexperienceasHR Business Partnerideallyin an (international)corporation
- Confidentuseof common IT applications and preferably Personio
- Experience in managing projects and initial experience in creating new structures and processes
