Job Description
Software Requirements:
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies such as Agile Waterfall and BPMN
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA Asana and Trello
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing processes
Overall Responsibilities:
- Facilitate requirements gathering and analysis processes to understand business needs and objectives
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and develop project plans and schedules
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements specifications process flows and test plans
- Communicate project status progress and risks to stakeholders
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards
Skills:
- Strong business analysis skills and experience
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Experience:
- 4 years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Proven track record of delivering highquality business analysis projects
DaytoDay Activities:
- Facilitating requirements gathering and analysis processes to understand business needs and objectives
- Working with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and develop project plans and schedules
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
- Developing and maintaining project documentation including requirements specifications process flows and test plans

- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field
- Professional certification in Business Analysis is a plus
