You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDue to an internal secondment we have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated People and Experience Consultant (HR Administrator) to provide HR support and guidance to our business unit managers.
This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their HR experience within a large complex organisation. It may also suit a recent graduate eager to develop their capabilities in a dynamic environment.
Nature of position: Fixed term contract 6month)
Location: Melbourne VIC
Reporting Line: Senior People & Experience Business Partner
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to People & Experience inboxes in a timely manner.
Providing firstlevel HR support and administrative assistance to the team and business unit managers.
Contributing to the continuous improvement initiatives across people processes within the division.
Support activities related to HCM system Workday.
Assist with employee relations and industrial relations matters including proactive support and documentation of key learnings.
About You
1 2 years of experience in a generalist HR and/or employee relations capacity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Understanding of best practices in recruitment development employment conditions and HR policy.
Welldeveloped organisational and problemsolving skills.
Previous experience working with a blue collar workforce is advantageous.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field is highly desirable but not essential.
