Job Description
We are seeking an organized creative and collaborative Outreach Case Manager to join our Trauma and Counseling team. The Outreach Case Manager will be responsible for managing outreach initiatives ensuring timely followups on intervention paperwork and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will use Canva to create eyecatching graphics for team use promote events and services produced by our trauma and counseling programs and research relevant grief resources. Must have advanced skills in Canva to create graphics to promote groups and services (with samples). The ideal candidate is a selfstarter who can work independently as well as within a team and has with excellent follow up skills. This part time position is based Brooklyn and offers a hybrid schedule.
