Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager – Bancassurance is responsible for driving life insurance sales through partner bank branches. The role involves building strong relationships with bank staff educating them about insurance products and achieving sales targets by leveraging the bank’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff to generate leads and referrals.
- Train and motivate bank employees to promote life insurance products.
- Conduct joint calls with bank staff to pitch suitable insurance solutions to customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate life insurance plans.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (premium policies).
- Ensure proper documentation underwriting and policy issuance processes.
- Maintain compliance with IRDAI and organizational guidelines.
- Regularly update sales data and lead status in CRM/MIS systems.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Age must be 38.
- 1–4 years of experience in life insurance or financial product sales (preferably in a bancassurance setup).
- Prior experience in banking or channel management is an advantage
