Role Overview
As a Private Client Solicitor you will manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills probate trusts inheritance tax planning and lasting powers of attorney. You will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with clients and other stakeholders helping to grow the firms reputation and reach within this specialist area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a range of private client matters including wills trusts probate and estate planning.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients offering personalised and expert legal guidance.
- Contribute to the firms reputation for excellence by providing highquality empathetic client care.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively to meet clients needs effectively.
- Engage in business development activities to bring in new clients and enhance the firms private client offering.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law.
- Strong technical proficiency in dealing with a wide range of private client issues.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Ambitious and motivated to grow professionally and contribute to the firms development.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Commercially astute and proactive in engaging with new business opportunities.
