Job Description

Client Administrator Investment Front Office  

 

What will you be doing

Were seeking an ambitious individual to join our Investment Front Office team in London.    You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to a small team of Investment Managers.  As well as getting the opportunity to build trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients ensuring a positive and streamlined client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 to 4 days per week.


Qualifications :

As a Client Administrator your responsibilities will include among others:

  • To work closely with the aligned Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes. 
  • To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g. scripts transfers corporate actions static data changes where applicable.
  • Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required)
  • Assist investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations 
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.


Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you should

  • Proven experience working in the financial services industry
  • An ambition to build a career within financial services firm with a willingness to learn and develop  
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills and strong ethic of customer/client service
  • The ability to fully plan your own workload and display excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems. 
  • Some knowledge of Investments Pensions and/or Life Assurance preferred
  • Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification preferred but not essential
